Where we deliver

Our standard delivery service covers areas under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus.

International delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us through our website chat or hello@thepatchlab.com.cy before ordering. We will confirm whether we can deliver, the shipping charge, the delivery timeframe and any relevant customs arrangements before you commit to the purchase.

Delivery method

Orders are sent through ACS or AKIS Express for collection from a courier branch. Standard delivery does not include home delivery.

Please provide accurate contact details and confirm the collection branch during the ordering process. Wait for confirmation that your parcel is ready before visiting the branch.

Dispatch and delivery times

We hand orders to the courier within 3 working days of order confirmation and, for prepaid orders, successful payment.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus.

The three-working-day period covers preparation and dispatch, not arrival at the collection branch. Courier transit times vary according to the service and destination.

Unless we expressly agree a different delivery period with you, we will arrange delivery without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of concluding the contract. If your parcel is delayed, contact us so we can investigate.

Where delivery is overdue, you may give us an additional reasonable delivery period. If we still fail to deliver, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund without undue delay. No additional period is required where the law permits immediate termination, including where we refuse delivery or an agreed delivery date was essential. 

Delivery charges

The applicable delivery charge is shown before you place your order. These rates may change for future orders; changes do not affect orders already concluded.

International shipping is quoted separately and is not included in the Cyprus free-delivery offer.

Payment options

• Online payment through Stripe.
• Cash on delivery through ACS only, with no additional cash-on-delivery fee.

The standard delivery charge still applies where the order does not qualify for free delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

Please contact us if your parcel is missing or arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and provide photos where possible to help us investigate.

We remain responsible for loss or damage during delivery through our appointed couriers until you, or someone you nominate other than the courier, take physical possession of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by the courier’s own procedures. europa.eu
